It includes bi-weekly live calls, monthly community-voted training, an on-demand resource library, and a peer community — all designed to help VAs stay current, build confidence, and grow their businesses.

Membership is currently £35 per month. The price will increase to £50 per month from April. Members who join before April will lock in the £35 rate.

Yes. To ensure every member has the right foundations in place, completion of the AI & Tech Crash Course is required before joining the Academy. If you score 80% or above on the tech quiz, you may be eligible to join directly. Your first month in the Academy is included when you complete the Crash Course.

Live calls run twice a week and rotate between different formats — including watch parties, tool tips and walkthroughs, hot seats, and co-working sessions. All calls are recorded and added to the replay library if you can't attend live.

The Academy is for virtual assistants and online business managers who already have core foundations in place and want to expand their skills, stay current with AI, and be part of a community of like-minded VAs. If you're completely new to AI, the AI & Tech Crash Course is the recommended starting point.

Yes. The Modern VA Academy is a rolling monthly membership with no long-term commitment. You can cancel at any time. Please note that if you cancel and wish to rejoin after a price increase then you will be charged at the new rate of £50 per month.
